    Burundis Fans locked out
    According to a BBC report Burundis national television will not show the Nations Cup for the first time because it cannot afford the 300.000$ requested.
    more infos given:
    -electricity supply is unsafe when many devices are tuned in simultanously anyway
    -a just finished the civil war with 300.000 casualties
    -president is former coach of a first division team
    opinion:
    For rich people subscribtion to satellite channels is possible - another step of African football towards the pay TV ghetto
